Where do you guys ride ?
Any cool parks or just around the house
|
I have alot of places to ride around my house (some of you have seen the road that goes to it lol)
A friend of mine just opened up alot his property as a recreation park. We already have a harescramble track and were working on more tracks and trails. We're going to build an enduro track this speeding which I'm looking forward too I've been to a few parks, one here locally is really nice but I highly recommend a few days at hatfield McCoy to anyone! |
Sweet , I only have a buddys off road park we ride at .

hundreds of miles of kansas county dirt roads, 2000 acres of fields and pastures. several creekbeds and sand bottoms.
|
I go to my friends house who has about 150 acres of open land and woods. its truely amazing.
|
well when im snowmobiling i ride the few trails around, or i just ride where i want through fields and in the hills.
for summer atv'ing my brother has 10 acres, not a lot, but im trying to convince him to make a little track haha. and of course backroads, ditches, etc. |
I don't even bring my ATV to Florida anymore, even though I'm there 80% of the time. Most anti-OHV state in the union. Only one pay park I know of and it's two hours from me. State Parks are a no-go and the closest National Park with OHV is two and a half hours from me.
Now in Georgia, I co-own a small piece of farm property that's 38 acres and can ride my neighbors 330 acre farm, plus have a number of places back in the swamps and around the rivers to ride... |
Nice ^ Swamp riding .. you snorkel that thing yet ?
|
I ride on my dads land. big gravel parking lot, 6 acre pasture, and then a bunch trails along the old railroad tracks (tracks have been removed)

This is from a couple of years ago, summer of '08 I think. Alapaha River during a severe drought. If y'all have ever heard of "Hogzilla" the largest boar ever shot, it was killed about four miles from where this pic was taken... http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/l...f-atv-owne.jpg |

'small' town, 20000'ish people. Everywhere outside the backyard is free game for riding. Snow everywhere! Of course the best spots are off the beaten trails. Extremely lucky to have so many small lakes, ponds, marshes, that collect tons of snow so close to town. Lucky that 95% of snowmobilers trail-ride, and don't break trail into these amazing spots :)
