cant say im a fan of the machine, but that 101 HP sure looks nice

nosbusa 12-11-2012 03:33 AM

but its still a can am.....

SBA800 12-11-2012 10:39 AM

this is true

they had a big write up on it in utvoffraod mag. they didnt seem to crazy about it. it had the nice luxury(for a utv) interior like all the other can am utv's. the suspension is not as good as it looks on paper. it bucks and G's out alot. still has a shitty 4wd setup too compared to other utv's

nosbusa 12-12-2012 02:46 AM

i dont know about these "luxury" utv/atv's ..... how can it be called a luxury vehicle? its going to be bumpy and loud no matter where you are going.

NickPic83 12-12-2012 09:56 PM

luxury in comparison to the rest of the usual utv/atv. can am has packages/editions that already have "luxury" features like stereo, windshield, top, etc....

nosbusa 12-13-2012 02:31 AM

heated and cooled seats, power door locks, a/c and heater.......

NickPic83 12-14-2012 09:51 PM

dont forget back up camera, remote start w/ alarm.....

srsly u can buy aftermarket heated seats and cab heater so what u posted is not far fetched at all

nosbusa 12-15-2012 11:10 AM

is it because all the sissies who cant go offroading like the rest of us? what the hell happened to just grabbing your stuff and going for it? now we have this luxury crap in an ohv? so does a luxury ohv allow you to sip your morning tea while catching air? i dont think i will ever own one. a bike or a quad thats it. none of this fufu shit.

SBA800 12-15-2012 01:13 PM

i think its more the older folks who get that kinda shit.

the folks who otherwise wouldnt be offroading anymore. i know a few guys with bad backs that used to quad but cant anymore. they get side by sides since its easier, and they still get to enjoy it

NickPic83 12-15-2012 08:31 PM

6.2 i mean SBA800 is right. it keeps the old timers and the border line crippled in the sport. i choose a sxs because i have a bad back and knees due to doing construction work since 12, playing every organized sport when younger, and some hard offroad riding and even harder accidents. i ride quads from time to time but either that night or the next day something is hurting and swollen. the RZR lets me ride and i can still stand up right the next day lol. honestly i dont need all the "luxury crap". i ride winter more than any other season in NY and i dont have a heater. the only thing i really want is to do a stereo system in it. havent done it yet because i cant decide on how far i want to take it. i want to do a custom build either way. i might stay simple and go with a custom box bolted to the cage with 2-6x9's and push it with like 200 watts or so or i am goin all out and building an overhead enclosure with 2-6x9's, putting 2-6.5" speakers under dash and building a custom box to bolt to the cage to hold a 10" sub. but then i will need to put 2 AGM batteries on an isolator. so its either cheap and sounds decent or expensive and sounds LOUD. i might stay with the simplier design due to it being cheap and not adding much weight...

bring it to my shop, i will get that thing to be the loudest rzr out there......

aaron is my bitch
