Maybe we could have a place to discuss any news on the supercross/motocross/world GP seasons? Or just a section in general for those of us that race motocross and grand prix's to share pics/vids/results etc?

We are just getting started so they may want to keep the amount of forums basic for now, so things dont look to spaced out.

yup, we can add whatever people need/want but for now i don't want another forum that says Never lol

i got a friend who used to ride for yamaha. he is a contractor now, but was 100% sponsored by yamy back then.

Funny story from when I actually was racing back in college though.

I used to haul my 02 YZ426F around in my beater 86 F-150 that my dad had bought at a forest service auction and put one of those $100 paint jobs on. Not a real awesome truck but I loved it anyway.

I had stopped at a gas station to put some gas in my bike and into the gas can before I headed to the track. My bike was in the back and it was wearing the Bud Light graphics kit that was out for the Yamahas at the time.

So this guy walks up to me and kind of stares at my bike and then looks at me and asks "Hey man, are you sponsored by Bud Light?" and in one of the few quick witted moments of my life I look him dead in the eye and say "Yep, sure am. The Budweiser truck pulls up to my house once a week and I get my pick of as much beer as I want for free."

The guy just looks at me and says "wow that's pretty cool man." and wanders on back to his car....not sure what possesses people to ask dumb questions like that. You figure if I was a sponsored rider I'd at least be driving a decent truck, lol.

damn liars.... they ought to be shot......
