Good price on Can Am Outlander 800 Max XT?
I was told retail price is $12,599 and they'd sell to me for dealer cost of $11,299. Is this a good deal?
Also I'm planning to buy a Polaris Ranger 900 EPS LE at the sametime. Do dealers give better deals when buying multiple items? Or do they not vary much because of low margins? I figure they are getting incentives or manufacturer rebates. |
As for the first question, seems like a decent discount to me.
But check other dealers as well. As for the second question, depends on the dealer. Some will give you a better deal, wether it be free accessories, discounts, etc. And some don't care and won't give you anything. |
there is not a whole lot of markup on atv/ohv. they get you with the hidden fees. the destination/delivery, the setup charge, the pre delivery service fee. it all adds up to well over $1,000 over the price you see. not to mention tax.......
|
Yep, if you can get them to eat all the extra fees, that's where the deals are to be had.
