yeah, but its fun to referance it.

i eat my vegatables....... lettuce, tomato, avocado, potato, cucumber(well pickled anyway)
then i have my protein....... beef and bacon
then the dairy...... 3kinds of cheese
then the grains........sourdough bun

and thats just one meal. i can do that for all my meals......... im AM eating healthy
