I love me some KTM bikes. I like that they're still supporting two strokes.

Went to my local dealer today and got a look at the 300xc and the 250sx which are two bikes I'm seriously considering later this coming year.

I love me some 2 smoke.
but you cant deny the reliability of a 4 stroke

i want a polaris outlaw 525. which uses the KTM engine.

What I love about the smokers is that they're so easy to work on. Anymore the 4 stroke moto bikes are as complicated as cars.

Yeah, none of that evil mess in the People's Republic of Kalifornia.

Not a problem at all in the free states though.

Yeah they're a lot of fun. A long time ago my buddy and I were riding at a moto track and I had my old YZ426 and he had a YZ250 2-stroke. I think I might have been faster on my 426, but damned if I didn't have a ton of fun and feel like i was going faster on his smoker.

You get on the powerband on a smoker and they are demons. That's the kind of power that I love in a dirt bike though, so one of these days I'd like to try out one of the KX or CR 500s just for fun.

Put a busa motor in a quad frame and you have a friggin winner. I think it'd be too much for a dirt bike frame.

this has got me thinking...... since i will need a fusion on my wrist in the future, and that will prevent me from riding motorcycles, i wonder if maybe i can take th motor out and build my own quad......

Lots of people have done it. I'm sure someone has done a busa motor in one. Its just a little bit of custom framework.
