Default does anyone use gorilla axles?
i had a set on the old 660 and they are unbeatable . anyone else use them ?

Not personally, but I've handled the product. Pretty solid. Worth the money if you're destroying OEM axles!

My buddy has them on his Honda after going to larger, more aggressive tires did in one of his factory CVs. He loves them...

Yep, but I'll tell ya', after going to those tires, he lost a ton of top end. When I weighed 330 lbs, he weighed about 150 lbs. and he could keep up with me WOT despite the fact I had more HP. When he went to these tires about the only thing he could see was my tail light disappearing in the distance - and I was still about 330 lbs. last we rode together. Be interesting to see how bad I can smoke him now that I weigh 245 lbs...

I'm not crazy about those tires. Yeah they are a ton better than his stockers or even my Carlisles (basically a Mud Lite XTR clone) in the slop, but they ride harsh as hell on the trail. They'll even bounce you all over the place in the Georgia clay unless it's wet and the mud is kinda deep...
