i take my kids to pismo a lot and i rent the 350s and thats plenty for me, i usually find a good spot to jump and never really reach top speed.

My Wolvie has the 450 and I love it. I do wish it had more power sometimes but if you're just trail riding the 450 is plenty!

actually that model toyota ad a bomb proof motor. best one they ever made

We had one of those too. It was great for when you needed 4x4 but still wanted mostly a sport quad.

small dune jumping (7ft or less) is what my oldest daughter and i like to do. my wife and youngest daughter stay on terra flata

Oh FYI had an 05 Honda 450 so i've been that route too.

It's a great quad. I want a sport but I gotta trailer it about 1.5 - 3 hrs from here to find a nice track for it. The Wolverine is just the perfect balance between a sport and utility, IMO. I can pop it into 4x4 when I wanna look for trouble in deep mud, but I can also keep it in 2x4 when I find a nice track to ride on. 2006 Yamaha Wolverine 450. My favorite! Used to have a 1999? Yamaha Warrior and the first day I took it out I got stuck with that damn 2x4!
