Default Finally.... I hope.
so, things are finally looking good.

I know I was pretty dead set on a bike, but I did a lot of talking with buddies that ride around where we live, and I came to the conclusion an ATV is better suited.

So i finally found one, a 2008 Polaris Outlaw 525 IRS.

asking price is $5,000 OBO. comes with a set of sand tires, the nerf bars, FMF 4.1 slip on, Dyno jet kit, stock exhaust, and some other stuff, waiting on an email back for full details.

its looking good folks. Hopefully by the time i put the sled away for the spring/summer i will have the quad in my possession and ready to go.

well, the one in the original post has been sold before I could go look at it. However, I have found another one that I am interested in, and the guy is holding it for me till next week, When I will have a buddy of mine go look it over for me. (it's 2 hours from me, and he lives ten minutes away from it) my buddy is a polaris service tech, so he will know the quad inside and out.

it's an 06 outlaw 500.

So hopefully this one works out!

well, little update. went and checked the quad over quite well. was in really good shape for a 7 year old quad. Runs great, shifts smooth, etc. so I'm picking it up tomorrow after work, and bringing it home!!

my wifes and my youngest daughters quad has reverse too. my oldest daughter doesnt. we just lay on the throttle with the handlebars cranked. we turn around pretty quick.
