well, cam and 11:1 piston are on their way. Didnt go with a 12:1 because I have to run mexican gas some times and the bike doesnt like it with a 9:1..cant imagine what it will do to a 12:1.

The cam at 124 was a local dude that charges taxes FTS! and couldnt find the seller with the $135 piston
Will probably need a timing chain but I dont wanna pull the flywheel off...its a pain and comes off VERY violently.
What gaskets do you guys recommend? Ive used Cometic but IDK if thats the best out there.
